Goat Loving Manna Pro Goat Treats

Nutritious Snack for Goats of All Ages

MannaPro Goat Treats

Kaylyn is in 4-H and we bought a goat and we decided to try these Goat Loving Manna Pro Goat Treats and our goat Brittney is loving it!  Living in a rural farming community, 4-H is a great learning experience and we were excited to get started. This is Kaylyn’s first year of 4-H and we weren’t sure what to expect. The one thing she knew for sure was that she just had to have a goat to raise.  I don’t know how much time you have spent with goats, but it takes them a few days to warm up to you.   We were told that if we got some treats for the goats they would warm up to us faster.  After doing some research , it was easy to figure out that we try the Manna Pro Goat Treats.

Goat Treats

Healthy Goat Treats for Hungry Goats

These goat treats are made with Anise, for a delicious licorice flavor goats can’t resist. They are easy-to-feed nugget form.  When the goats hear you coming they start running and jumping from excitement!  They are pretty much begging you for their treats in their cute little goat voices.  These tasty goat treats can be used as a reward or just a special treat to get the goats to become acquainted with you.

Manna Pro

If you ever get the opportunity to raise a goat or two, take it!  You won’t be disappointed with their cute personalities.  I highly recommend giving your goats Manna Pro Goat Treats, because they will love you for it!

Goat eating

You will have your goats eating out of the palm of your hand in no time if you give them these goat loving Manna Pro Goat Treats!  So far during our 4-H adventure we have enjoyed the time we have spent with our goat, Brittney.  She warmed up to us pretty quickly after introducing the Manna Pro Goat Treats and I am sure you would have the same luck.

My Pal Scout by LeapFrog – Teaches First Words, Feelings and More!

Personalize your My Pal Scout to say your child’s name and more!

My Pal Scout

I wanted to share a fun toy we got for our son, Clay, it is the My Pal Scout by LeapFrog! We bought this for him knowing at the time he was still a little small for it but would grow in to playing with it! Now that he is a few days shy of 6 months he has began really enjoying his My Pal Scout! The age range recommended for this is 6 months to 36 months.

My Pal Scout is Clays New Buddy!

The one reason why we decided to buy this for Clay is because it is a great way for kids to learn new words, feelings, colors, counting and more. It is a great learning toy that is fun for the baby and beneficial! Plus you can personalize this with your child’s name from your smart phone, tablet, or computer. You can also put in their favorite color, food, and it makes it really fun for the child! When he hears Scout say his name he perks up and gets all giddy!

Can’t view the video, click here to watch on You Tube.

Each paw has a button, games, songs, 5 minutes of sleep time and the power button. The child can push them easily to have interaction with the dog. It does turn off on it’s own after a few minutes of not being played with. So it will help save your batteries. It offers two different volume settings, which is nice.

LeapFrog toy

We love Scout and Clay does as well! It has been a great interactive toy for him that helps pass time, and he learns as he goes! You can buy in girl or boy!

Quick and Easy Moist Monster Cookies

“C is for Cookie and Cookie is for me!” – Cookie Monstermoist monster cookies

I am all about these quick and easy moist monster cookies! I was oblivious to the whole thing called a monster cookie, till my sister, Felicia introduced me! They are absolutely heavenly and I am now officially addicted! These cookies are nice and moist and do have a little crunch around the edges, but the center is nice and chewy!

To get a moist cookie, I can share the recipe but a main point is make sure to pay attention to the baking time. If you over-cook them they will not be moist! So pay attention to the time when they are baking, and they should come out perfect!

Have you guys tried these baking mats?! I have found they work extremely well when making cookies and such!  They are silicone mats so no need for  Aluminium Foil, Parchment Paper, sprays or oil depending what you use them for!

The other tip I will share if you want M&M’s to be on the top of the cookie like pictured here, after you lay the cookies onto the baking sheet, slightly push a few M&M’s in and they will look  like this! It just adds a fun new element of look to the cookie!

Moist Monster Cookies

Quick and Easy Moist Monster Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Quick Oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (Feel free to use creamy or crunchy, whichever you prefer)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 3/4 Cup Softened Butter (I prefer butter over margarine)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup M&M's + Some extra for topping them

Instructions

  1. First preheat oven to 350 degrees. Next take a small bowl, combined the flour, oats, and baking soda and salt together and set aside.
  2. Then in my KitchenAid Stand Mixer (you can use a hand mixer or spatula) I added the softened butter and peanut butter together. I mixed them till they were pretty smooth.
  3. Next I added in the brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Once that was well incorporated, I added in the whole egg and the egg yolk and vanilla.
  4. Next I slowly added the flour and oat mixture, until well combined.
  5. Then with a spatula I folded in the chocolate chips and M&M's.
  6. Then I put the dough into balls and placed on greased cookie sheet. I then took some extra M&M's I had and placed a few on top of each cookie, just to add some dimension to the cookies. That is optional, you don't have to do this part.
  7. Bake cookies for around 8-10 minutes or until they are light brown. If you prefer a softer cookie bake less, or a crunchier cookie bake a little longer. Just go with how you normally prefer your cookies.

As you can see they are very quick to whip up! I know for me, sometimes I think I don’t have time for baking so I don’t! BUT when I do bake if time allows I enjoy it and am so thankful I did!

I hope you love these delicious cookies, and your family and friends as well.. if you decide to share that is!!!

I ended up freezing some of them, and they froze and then thawed great, no issues! So if you want to make these up and freeze them once cooled, it works perfectly!

What is your favorite cookie?
